This is a readable memoir by one of Herb White's Lindy Hoppers, who became the Savoy Ballroom's Lindy Hop Champion. She details the history of the Harlem club from its opening in 1926 through the Swing Era. Miller later became a choreographer and comedian, working 10 years for Redd Foxx.
